If an order is not fully completed or fulfilled as per the agreed scope of work, we offer a partial refund based on the proportion of work that was delivered.
2. No Refund After Completion
Once an order is marked as completed and all deliverables have been shared and approved, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
3. Refund Process
If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after internal verification and approval.
